I wanted to let you know, that your crews were absolutely great! They were all super friendly, courteous, personable and professional. The couple of guys who were on our job on a regular basis were especially amazing. It was nice to have conversations with them. We had lots of questions as things went along, and they were always patient with us and always answered our questions until we understood. And when things changed throughout the project, there was never any “huffing and puffing” about it. They just made the changes/adjustments and did what had to be done. I first learned about Destination Pools through the STL Home and Garden Show. I then worked with Steve to create the plan for our pool and he had great suggestions to fit our needs including a Rico Rock waterfall and slide. Dan and the team installed the pool with precision. We ran into an issue due to rain (through no fault of the company) and they did the right thing and stepped up to fix the problem right away instead of ignoring it. I appreciate a company that stands behind its quality workmanship. After the pool project was complete, Megan promptly answered numerous questions that I had. Their communication and follow-up were impressive. Thank you Destination Pools for going above and beyond for my family's project.



I did plenty of research before choosing Destination Pools for our backyard project. They literally checked off every “must-have” on our list and then provided us with some of the best customer service we've ever had. Every person I've ever asked about their pool contractor has said "don't go with mine." I can honestly say you should only go with these guys!

First, we want to thank you for providing us with the we wanted within the budget we specified. Not only did you build us a beautiful pool that exactly suited our budget and our needs, you gave us exactly what we wanted, plus more, and we did not have to sacrifice one item on our 'wish list'.

You truly exceeded our expectations.

We absolutely LOVE the DE filter and UV light system you recommend. It keeps the water clean, clear, shiny, and easy to maintain. The variable speed pump, DE filter, and chlorinator are very simple to operate for vacuuming and backwashing. I have to admit that when the equipment was installed I was a bit intimated but once Jerad took me through the "equipment and water chemistry 101" I was good to go.

Again, it is very easy and low maintenance so we have more time to enjoy the pool.

Although the cold wet weather halted our installation at times the work site was kept very organized and clean. Thanks again for taking our dirt and landscaping our privacy berms.

Our family thanks your company for giving us the opportunity to build such a beautiful pool at a price we could afford. It has turned our home into a haven for our friends and family.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received from Destination Pools. We had a leak in our pool and could not figure out the source. They responded immediately to our frantic plea for help. The guys were professional, pleasant to work with and cleaned up after themselves. We had landscaping close to where they needed to dig, but they were sensitive to our desire to keep the bushes if possible.
